Lithography simulation workstations
Series of workstations for simulation of lithographic processes in chip production.
ASML makes the machines with which microchips are produced. The lithographic processes involved require accurate simulation — long before a machine leaves the factory.
For this project we delivered a series of identically configured workstations used by engineering teams for simulation work.
The challenge
Consistency was crucial: the simulation software had to behave exactly the same on all machines. This requires not only identical hardware, but also careful management of components with long lifecycles.
What we built
A standardised workstation configuration with components that remain available for several years. We actively manage component selection so that future extensions to the series can be configured identically.
