Delivery time
How long will it take for my system to be delivered?
The delivery time depends on the configuration and availability of components. For standard configurations, we usually count 6 to 8 working days. For complex customised systems, this may be longer depending on whether components are in stock in the EU. We always communicate the expected delivery time in advance.
Can I request rush delivery of my order?
In consultation, rush delivery is sometimes possible. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities. Please note that this depends on the availability of components.
Do you also deliver internationally?
We deliver primarily to companies in the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery to other countries is possible by arrangement. Please contact us for more information.
Support
What guarantee do I get on my system?
All systems come with a minimum 3-year parts warranty.
How can I get support for problems?
You can reach us by email (info@ikbenstil.nl) or phone (020 330 1345) on weekdays between 10am and 6pm. We always respond and as quickly as possible. Many problems can be fixed via Anydesk or Teaamviewer sessions. In some cases, we need to have the machine in our workshop to fix the problem.
Do you also provide on-site support?
Yes, for business customers we offer on-site support in the Amsterdam region. For customers outside this region, we will look at the best solution. Please contact us for an appointment.
Can you repair or upgrade existing systems?
We primarily repair and upgrade systems purchased from us. In some cases, we also look at third-party systems. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Bespoke
What exactly do you mean by customisation?
We build each system based on your specific operations, requirements and working environment. No standard configurations off the shelf, but a system that exactly matches your application(s)-whether processor selection, memory, storage, housing or special I/O requirements.
Can I also order a fanless or industrial computer?
Yes, in addition to workstations, we also build fanless computers and industrial systems. These are suitable for environments where dust, vibrations or extreme temperatures are a factor. Visit our computers page for more information.
How does the customisation process work?
It starts with a conversation about your application and requirements. On that basis, we propose configurations. After your agreement, we build and test the system extensively before delivery. We keep you informed throughout the process.
Is there a minimum purchase for customised systems?
No, we also build single systems. Whether you need a single workstation or a full rollout for your organisation - we are happy to help.
